- Built-in cone-shaped pH electrode, specially designed for pH measurements in cheese and curd.
- Open type connection electrode reduces the possibility of clogging from congealed cheese particles and proteins.
- Food-grade polyvinylidene fluoride housing that is resistant to chemicals and solutions used to disinfect the device.
